Just a reminder, we have some maintenance scheduled at 3AM on December 22nd 2012. All services will be disrupted during this time period.
The maintenance will take about 1 hour to complete.

Customer control panel is down for maintenance
Our customer control panel is currently down for maintenance, we’re working to fix it. All sites are functional, the only thing that’s not going to work right now is the ability to add a new site.

We had an issue with our storage area network (SAN), this has been fixed, and everything is functioning again.

We are currently experiencing an issue causing some sites to be down. We are working with RackSpace to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Database connectivity issues for a minor sub set of sites
We’re aware of a minor issue with our classic environment database cluster. We’re looking into the database connection issues that are affecting approximately 100 sites.
Thanksgiving Hours
We will be closed on Thursday, November 22nd in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. If you are experiencing an outage or downtime please email our help desk (help@zippykid.com) with the subject line: Thanksgiving Emergency. We will respond to downtimes and will be monitoring our servers throughout the day. Non-critical issues will be answered on Friday, November 23rd.
Emergency Maintenance/upgrade for cluster 12
We’ve noticed some major hardware issues on cluster 12, which is affecting around 100 websites. We’re working to fix this as fast as we can. We experienced this issue while doing prep work for the migration of this cluster to our TNG system. The transfer of this system to TNG is 95%, so we’ll be working to restore the sites onto the TNG platform by 7am CDT. Sorry for the issues, once this cluster is back, it’ll be much faster than before.
