23:45UTC: Pressable updated all sites to WordPress version 7.1, unless set to Previous (more info here).

The WP Rocket plugin caused a fatal on WordPress 7.1, so sites with version 3.23.2.1 or older of the WP Rocket plugin were kept on WordPress version 7.0 for now until WP Rocket releases an updated version compatible with 7.1 (UPDATE: WP Rocket released version 3.23.2.2 on August 20th to resolve the 7.1 fatal).
