Intermittent 502 Errors

08/07 3:04 UTC: The issue has been resolved. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble, or if you have any questions or concerns.

08/05 15:03 UTC: Our systems team continues to investigate an issue with a file server. This issue may have caused some sites on our platform to become temporarily inaccessible in the last 24 hours. We will update with more information as it becomes available.

08/04 15:09 UTC: We began seeing a number of reports of 502 errors for some sites on our platform. We’ve narrowed the cause down to an issue with a file server, which we’ve already addressed as of about 10:20AM

Partial Outage 2/6/18

11:41AM CST: We are investigating a network outage with our upstream provider which is impacting sites on our platform when visited from certain regions.

12:09PM CST: This outage is resolved at this time. Please contact our helpdesk at help@pressable.com if you have any outstanding issues.

Issues with Pressable Support Live Chat

3:20PM CST: We are currently experiencing issues with delayed messages in our support Live Chat. Until this is resolved, you can please report all support-related questions or concerns to our helpdesk at help@pressable.com

4:28PM CST: Issues with support Live Chat have been resolved, and live chat has re-opened.

5:25PM CST: It seems that our upstream chat provider is still experiencing some intermittent problems with delayed / lost chats. We will continue to monitor the situation, and reopen chat tomorrow morning.

01/30/18 09:58AM CST: All systems are operational and we have resumed live chat with all customers.

Issues with Sites on the Bode Galaxy

UPDATE (6:34pm CT): The load balancer and its host machine have recovered. At this time, all sites are up. If you have any lingering issues, please contact our help desk (support@pressable.com).

We are currently seeing issues with sites which are hosted on the Bode galaxy. The issues are related to a problem which Rackspace is currently experiencing on a load balancer utilized by the Bode galaxy.

We are working to route traffic to a new load balancer and are awaiting an estimate time of repair from Rackspace.

We appreciate your patience as we work to restore full functionality on the Bode galaxy. Please let us know if you have any additional concerns by reaching out to us through our help desk (help.pressable.com) or by email (support@pressable.com). 

HelpDesk Connectivity Issue

Freshdesk experienced a brief outage from approximately 2:05PM to 2:15 CDT today.
During this time, the helpdesk at http://help.pressable.com/ was unresponsive and would time out.

This issue appears to be resolved at this time.
