11.00 UTC – Most Intercom functionality has been restored to normal, and we should now receive chats without issues. The Intercom team is working on further fixes.

09:10 UTC – The Intercom team is experiencing outages affecting our chat functionality. Their team is working on resolving the issue, but there may be some delays in our responses.

All sites on the Pressable platform that were still running PHP 7.3 have now automatically been upgraded to 7.4. If you previously upgraded your site(s) to 7.4 or 8.0, this upgrade will not apply to you.

This upgrade was carried out due to PHP 7.3’s end of life being scheduled for 6th December 2021.
