Website Downtime

06-04-2020 – 03:18 UTC: Jetpack 8.6.1, which fixes the issues in Jetpack 8.6 that caused downtime across our network on June 2, was released earlier today. We have not received any reports of issues, nor have we observed any. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Customer Success team: help[@]pressable.com.

06-02-2020 – 16:41 UTC: During a routine upgrade on the platform, an issue with the new version of Jetpack caused excessive resource utilization for some sites on our infrastructure. The plugin was subsequently reverted to version 8.5, which restored service once deployed across the platform. The matter is still under investigation.

06-02-2020 – 14:57 UTC: Sites affected by this issue should be functioning normally at this time. We will continue to monitor our network and update this post accordingly if additional issues arise. We will also be sharing more information about why this downtime occurred as soon as it becomes available to us.

06-02-2020 – 14:27 UTC: Our systems team have identified the issue and are working to resolve it. Most sites affected by this should now be loading without issue. We will continue to provide more information as it becomes available.

06-02-2020 – 13:57 UTC: An issue affecting a subset of our servers and sites hosted on those has been reported and our support and development teams are working to resolve this. Updates will continue to be provided here.
