22:29 UTC this maintenance window is closed. The old IP range has been completely moved to the data center in Virginia. Pressable strongly recommends that you update your DNS records to the new IP addresses in your account as soon as possible.

On Monday, September 30 at 17:00 UTC, Pressable will move its old IP range (209.15.20.0/24) from its data center in San Antonio, Texas to a data center in Dulles, Virginia.

While we hope that there will not be downtime as a result of this move, there is a high probability of downtime for sites that have not updated DNS.

To ensure that sites are not affected by this move, we began encouraging all customers to update their sites’ DNS in early September.

If you haven’t updated DNS, you can find a site’s new IP addresses in MyPressable Control Panel. For additional instructions, please see our guidance in the knowledge base.

Once the move is complete, our old IP range will proxy to our new IP range for approximately 6 months.
